How to Contact Us
Where to Find Us
If you need to contact a doctor when the surgery is closed, please telephone NHS 111: (24 hours a day/365 days a year)
You should use NHS 111 if you need medical help but it is not an emergency.
Call NHS 111 if:

- You think you need to go to A&E or need another urgent care service.
- You don’t know who to call or do not have a GP to call
- You need health information or reassurance about what to do next.
Your needs will be assessed and you will be given appropriate advice.
If necessary, arrangements will be made for a consultation with a healthcare professional either at home or at:
