Cedar Park Healthcare is a registered provider on the NHS e-Referral Service, offering rapid access to specialist care for NHS patients across Lincolnshire.
What is NHS e-RS?
The NHS e-Referral Service (previously known as Choose and Book) is an electronic booking system that allows GPs and other primary care clinicians to refer patients directly to specialist services, giving patients choice over where and when they are seen.
As a registered e-RS provider, Cedar Park Healthcare can accept NHS referrals for eligible patients, helping to reduce waiting times and provide timely access to specialist consultations and treatments.

Access the e-RS Portal
Log in to the NHS e-Referral Service portal using your NHS smartcard or login credentials.
Search for Cedar Park Healthcare
In the service search, enter one of the following:
- "Cedar Park Healthcare"
- "Lincoln" (then filter by specialty)
- Our ODS code (if provided by our team)
Select the Appropriate Clinic
Choose the specialty clinic that matches your patient's needs (General Surgery, Gynaecology, or Urology).
Complete the Referral
Fill in the clinical details and attach any relevant documentation. The patient can then book their appointment directly or you can book on their behalf.
Appointment Confirmation
Once booked, both you and the patient will receive confirmation. We aim to see patients within 2-4 weeks of referral.
