Private Medical Insurance
We're recognised by all major private medical insurers. Bring your policy details and authorisation.
Please bring the following:
- Policy number
- Scheme number
- Membership number
- Authorisation number
- Authorisation expiry date
Please ensure you have pre-authorisation from your insurer before your appointment. Any excess or shortfall will need to be paid directly.
NHS e-RS Referral
Cedar Park is an NHS e-RS registered provider. Your GP can refer you directly through the NHS system.
Spread the Cost
We understand that private healthcare is an investment. That's why we offer flexible payment plan options to help you spread the cost of your treatment over time.
