- Wound closed with fine sutures
- Tissue sent for histology if required (£195)
- Procedure takes approximately 20–40 minutes
After
- Discharged same day with dressing
- Sutures removed at 5–7 days (facial wounds heal faster)
- Avoid sun exposure to the scar for 6–12 months
