Ulnar Nerve Release

Surgical decompression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow (cubital tunnel release).

Ulnar nerve release (cubital tunnel decompression) is performed when ulnar nerve compression at the elbow causes persistent pain, tingling, numbness, or weakness in the hand that has not responded to conservative treatment or injection.

All treatments begin with a medical assessment

Every patient is seen by our onsite doctor partner, Aega Health, before any procedure. This 15-minute assessment (£150) includes full clinical assessment, diagnosis, suitability review, and consent, ensuring your care is safe and tailored to you.
