Check in at reception. Our team will verify your details and confirm your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Your consultant will discuss the procedure, answer questions, and obtain written consent. You'll be guided to a private preparation area.
Our clinical team will care for you throughout. Most day-case procedures take 30-90 minutes, with recovery time in our comfortable post-op suite.
Once cleared by the nursing team, you'll receive discharge instructions, prescriptions if needed, and follow-up appointment details.

You can also request results by calling 01522 275049.
We require 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient.
Late cancellations may incur a charge. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Face masks are optional for most appointments. However, we may ask you to wear a mask in certain clinical areas or if you have respiratory symptoms.
Masks are available at reception if needed. Our staff may wear masks in clinical settings.
If your consultant prescribes medication, we can arrange for prescriptions to be sent to your preferred pharmacy or dispensed on-site where available.
Please inform reception of your pharmacy preference at check-in.
