Your visit

After a warm welcome, your surgeon will discuss treatment options with you. If appropriate, your procedure will commence.

Following your operation, you and your relative or carer are invited to relax in our comfortable recovery room, where you can relax with a complimentary tea, coffee or chilled drink. Free WIFI is also available.

Following treatment you will be offered a patient feedback form. Hearing about your experience helps us enhance our services. We take your feedback seriously and use it to make decisions, improvements and overall patient care.

Accident and Emergency (A&E)

A&E is for patients with serious illnesses and injuries. We encourage patients to call the surgery or 111 for advice before going to A&E to ensure you receive the most appropriate care.

For less urgent needs, contact the surgery or local pharmacist in the usual way.
